Fluffy triangles: the method to make them fluffy!

Pour the dough into the water, the result will leave you speechless!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
150ml (2/3 cup) warm water
150ml (2/3 cup) warm milk
80g (2/5 cup) sugar
80ml (1/5 cup) oil
1 egg
a pinch salt
25g yeast
1 tbsp vinegar
20g butter
50g cocoa
50g flour
600g (4 3\4 cups) flour
1 tsp soda
Hazelnut cream
Vanilla custard
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together water, milk, sugar and yeast. Add in butter, salt and flour.
- Divide the dough into two portions, add flour to the first and cocoa to the second. Let the dough rest for 40 minutes.
- Roll it out into the circle and cut into 8 triangles. Put them into the boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then transfer it to the pan, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 180 ' C (356'F) for 20 minutes.
- Decorate white triangles with vanilla custard and black triangles with hazelnut cream.
