Triangle brioches: fluffy and delicious!

They will be ready in a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
 30g (1 ½ tbsp) sugar;
 14g (1 ½ tbsp) fresh yeast;
 70g (⅓ cup) warm water;
 50g (⅓ cup) all-purpose flour;
 60ml (¼ cup) vegetable oil;
 70ml (⅓ cup) milk;
 30g (1 ½ tbsp) sugar;
 200g (1 ¼ cup) all-purpose flour;
 ¼ tsp vanilla powder;
 a pinch of salt;
 Almond flakes, honey, powdered sugar;
 Vanilla custard, hazelnut paste.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk sugar, warm water, 50 g of flour and crumbled yeast together until smooth.
  2.  Set the mixture aside for 15 minutes.
  3.  Add 200 g of flour, oil, leftover sugar, flour, vanilla and salt into the yeast base and knead until smooth dough forms (around 10 minutes). Cover and set aside for 1 hour.
  4.  Cut the dough into 8 parts, roll each into a ball, then roll out into a disk.
  5.  Using a pizza cutter make slits on one half of the circle and fold it in half. Place portions of hazelnut paste and custard on top of the uncut side.
  6.  Fold each pun as shown on the video, pinch edges.
  7.  Set buns aside for 30 minutes, then brush with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes at 190C/375F.
  8.  Decorate using honey and almonds or simply dusting with powdered sugar.
