Fluffy fried bread triangles: a sweet treat ready with 5 ingredients!

Super soft and sugary. You only need 5 ingredients to make them !

INGREDIENTS
300 g flour
150 ml of water
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of yeast
Sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Flour, honey, baking powder, yeast and warm water, sit, mix and leave covered for 2 hours.
  2. Then roll out the dough, use flour for easier stretching, cut the dough into triangles and bake in warm oil.
  3. Dip Fluffy mini brioche in sugar.
