Cream triangles: a sweet treat to die for!

This is the best sweet treat ever!

INGREDIENTS
400g / 3.2 cups flour (all-purpose)
1 cup milk
½ cup butter
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
2 yolks
10g dry yeast
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Custard
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let it rise for an hour.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll the cake. Cut into 8 triangles. Let rise for 20 minutes.
  3. Deep-fry. Triangles fill with custard. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
