Whoopie Pies recipe: a sweet treat to die for!

It is made of soft, moist chocolate round cakes sandwiched with a sweet, creamy, fluffy filling!
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
1 medium egg
100 gr sugar
100 gr buttermilk
50 gr butter
40 gr cocoa powder
+/- 140 gr wheat flour
3 gr food soda (0.5 tsp)
2 gr baking powder (0.5 tsp)
Pinch of salt, vanilla sugar
Filling:
130 gr thick sour cream
70 gr butter
60 gr powdered sugar
All ingredients must be at room temperature!
METHOD
- Soft, chocolate, airy, with a very delicate cream. It is prepared very simply and quickly. Such a yummy will surely appeal to both adults and children! Be sure to try it!
- Combine egg, sugar and salt, then add buttermilk and continue to mix. Add the melted butter and whisk together again.
- Combine the dry ingredients and gradually sift them by adding the pre-prepared mixture. Mix well together, then cover the prepared mixture with foil and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Moisten your hands with oil and make balls of the mixture. Arrange the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 170 minutes, 15 minutes.
- While baking, prepare cream cheese, butter, and fine sugar.
- Once the Whoopies have cooled down, fill them with cream and leave them in the fridge for some time.
- Whoopies are the best day after preparation. They soften and the cream is fine-seeded. Perfect cookies.
