Philly Cheesesteak Triangles

INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp olive oil
2 steaks, sliced
2 green peppers, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortillas
100g flour
100 ml water
6 Mozzarella sheets, sliced into triangles
Vegetable oil, for frying
Preparation
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add the steaks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
When meat is cooked, remove it from the pan.
In clean pan add 1 tbsp of oil along with onion, pepper and garlic. Fry it for 15 minutes and than put the meat back in the pan.
Make glue for the triangles by combining flour and water. Stir it well.
Half the tortilla and make the triangles as in the video, stuffing it with cheese and steak mixture.
Seal the triangles well and fry them in deep oil.
Serve hot!
