Philly Cheesesteak Foil Packs

Ingredients:
1 Large Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Peppers
450g Sliced Steak
2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
8 Slices of Cheese (Provalone or Smoked mozzarella)
Instructions:
Slice the onion into half-moons.
Mash the garlic.
Slice your peppers into thin ribbons.
Combine the peppers, garlic onion and steak in a large bowl.
Add in the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and olive oil and mix.
Take a sheet of tin foil twice as long as it is wide.
Place a quarter of the steak mix in the centre and fold over the long edge.
The roll the three sides to form a seal.
Place over a medium hot grill for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes cut open the parcels, be careful the steam will be VERY hot.
Place on the cheese and grill for a further 2 minutes or until melted.
