Rustic triangles

INGREDIENTS
6 pastry sheets
125 g butter (melted)
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoons starch
400 g minced pork
1 small onion
200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil
1 egg
sesame
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion. Fry until it gets translucent.
Now add minced pork, salt and pepper and cook till meat gets brown. Remove from the heat.
In a bawl mix together vinegar and melted butter.
Spread one pastry sheet and coat it with butter-vinegar mixture and sprinkle starch over it. Repeat the process with two more pastry sheets. On third sheet also put meat and cheese and roll it up. Do the same with the other three pastry sheets.
Now cut these rolls in triangles and put them in baking tray and coat it with egg and sprinkle sesame.
Bake for 20 minutes on 200 degrees.
