Sweet buns triangles: fluffy and fragrant!

INGREDIENTS
150ml (2/3 cup) of milk
40g (1/3 cup) of sugar
7g of dry yeast
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
350g (2 5/8 cups) of flour
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
15g of butter
Sugar
Hazelnut cream
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together warm milk with sugar and yeast. Add in egg, olive oil, flour, salt, and baking powder. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
  2. Divide the dough into two pieces roll out each and cut into 8 triangles.
  3. Let the dough rise for 40 minutes.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Fill with hazelnut cream and dip into granulated sugar.
