Stuffed puff pastry buns: a tasty and unique dish!

A simple, tasty and unique way of serving eggs!
INGREDIENTS
puff pastry
bacon
80g ricotta cheese
pepper
salt
1 egg
puff pastry

DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the puff pastry into triangles. Place the triangles next to one another to form a star.
2. Fill with ricotta cheese and bacon.
3. Fold over the ‘points’ of the star and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
4. Place an egg in the center of the stuffed bun.
5. Bake at 180°C for an additional 15 minutes
6. Serve hot.
