Puff pastry potato meatloaf: a unique and simple dish to prepare!

Easy, quick and delicious! 
 
INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes
150g ham
150g cheese
Egg wash
Sesame seeds

METHOD
  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them.
  2. Arrange the potatoes, shuka and cheese on the puff pastry. Roll the puff pastry.
  3. Coat it with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 25 minutes. Serve.
