Potato meatloaf: a unique and rich dish to enjoy with your family!

Full of flavor and easy to make, this meatloaf is too delicious!

INGREDIENTS

500g (1 pound) potatoes, boiled and peeled;
1 egg;
20g (3 tbsp) breadcrumbs;
70g (½ cup) cheese;
60g (½ cup) parmesan;
6 slices ham;
140g (1 cup) cheese;
Breadcrumbs for coating.

METHOD

Mash boiled potatoes season with salt, add one egg, ½ cup cheese, and breadcrumbs. Mix to combine.
Sprinkle a piece of parchment with breadcrumbs evenly coating the surface. Add potato mixture on top and spread it out into an even rectangle.
Top with sliced ham and cheese, then carefully roll and shape into a log.
Bake at 190°C/375°F for 30 minutes.
