Stuffed puff pastry triangles: easy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
 sheet puff pastry
 tbsp meltedbutter
 1 cup chicken stuffing
 1/2 cup Cheese provola, cut into cubes
 1 egg yolk
 
METHOD
1. Cut the puff pastry sheet into 3 strips and put them on top of each other, greasing each layer with melted butter.
2. Roll and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
4. Cut the puff pastry roll into circles about 1 cm in size and give them the shape of a samsa.
5. Stuff with chicken and cheese, fold the dough into a triangle, brush with egg yolk on the surface and bake at 190°C/375°F for 15-20 minutes.
