Puff pastry cheese zucchini straws: easy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
1 puff pastry sheet
1 puff pastry sheet
1 zucchini
olive oil
salt
paprika
3 tbsp of parmesan
egg wash
METHOD
1. Slice the zucchini and season it with olive oil, salt and paprika.
2. Unroll the sheet of puff pastry. Spread the zucchini slices and sprinkle with parmesan.
3. Cut your pastry into thin strips and carefully twist a few times.
4. Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.
