Puff pastry pizza with zucchini: perfect for a quick and tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini
2 rolls of puff pastry
150g of baked ham
120g of cheese
120g (1/2 cup) of cream cheese
Gorgonzola
Extra virgin olive oil
Parmesan
METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry on the cutting board and arrange the baked hame, cheese slices, cream cheese, and gorgonzola.
2. Close it with another roll of the puff pastry and seal well all sides well to close the focaccia. Pour a drizzle of olive oil on top. Transfer to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
3. Cut the zucchini into slices and arrange on the focaccia. Sprinkle with parmesan and transfer to the oven.
4. Bake at 175°C/350°F for 25 minutes until the focaccia is golden brown. Cut on slices and serve.
