Custard filled sfogliatelle: an easy dessert with puff pastry

Easy to make and super delicious, you can make these tasty cream pastries with just 3 ingredients!
INGREDIENTS

custard cream
sour cherries
powder sugar
water
sugar
METHOD
1. Cut the puff pastry into 6 rectangles.
2. Stuff with cream and sour cherries.
3. Fold the puff pastry and make your sfogliatella.
4. Brush the water over the puff pastry, then add the sugar.
5. Bake at 190°C for 20/25 minutes.
