Creamy puff pastry cake: it will be you favorite dessert!

Quick and easy to make with a result that will be a hit with family and friends!
INGREDIENTS
500g puff pastry
8 eggs
8 eggs
1L milk
300g sugar
100g flour
2 tbsp corn starch
500ml whipped cream
25g vanilla powder
METHOD
- Bake the puff pastry at 428°F (220°) for 10 minutes. Divide the eggs and mix the yolks with 150 grams of sugar, milk, corn starch and flour. Mix the whites and 150 grams of sugar.
- Heat the milk with vanillin and pour the yolk mixture, let it creamy. Then mix whit whites mixture.
- Bake the rest of the puff pastry at 428°F (220°) for 10 minutes.
- Fill with custard, add whipped cream and keep in the fridge until serve.
