Banana and chocolate puff pastry roll

INGREDIENTS:
3 bananas
hazelnut spread
1 sheet of rectangular puff pastry
1 egg for brushing

1 egg for brushing
PREPARATION:
1. Peel and hollow out the banana along its entire length.
2. Fill with the hazelnut spread cream.
3. Cover with strips of puff pastry, rolling it around the banana.
4. Brush with a beaten egg.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 15/20 minutes, or in any case until they are golden brown. Alternatively, you can cook them in an air fryer.
