Sweet and savory fried medallions: ready to be enjoyed in minutes!

You only need some sandwich bread to make the perfect snack for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS
Ham and cheese medallions
3 eggs
Toast bread
Cooked ham
Gouda cheese
Breadcrumbs
Frying oil
 
Banana and hazelnut cream medallions
3 eggs
Toast bread
2 medium-sized bananas
Hazelnut cream
Breadcrumbs
Frying oil
 
METHOD
  1. Ham and cheese medallions: Arrange a row of bread, a row of ham, then another row of bread, cheese and the last layer of bread. Circle the circle with a glass, circumference 8 cm, squeeze the edges. Roll in eggs, then in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
  2. Banana and hazelnut cream medallions: Put a piece of banana on the first layer of bread and mash it, then cover with another layer of bread. Add tsp hazelnut cream and cover with another layer of bread. Circle the circle with a glass, circumference 8 cm, squeeze the edges. Roll in eggs, then in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
