Tomato medallions: for a easy and quick dinner!

INGREDIENTS
2 tomatoes
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp flour
METHOD
- Cut the tomatoes into slices. Pierce the center of the slices with a glass.
Chop the tomato pulp and mix it with the eggs, salt and flour.

Pour oil into the pan and cook the pierced slices of the tomatoes.

Pour the egg mixture into the center of the slices. Cook.

Serve the medallions with the sandwiches.
