Zucchini medallions: delicious and very quick to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
1 zucchini
150ml of tomato sauce
Dry oregano
150g of cheese
Salami
Ham

METHOD
1. Remove the top part of the zucchini and cut it into rings. Arrange them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
2. Add the tomato sauce on top spreading it with the spoon. Sprinkle zucchini slices with dry oregano and add the shredded cheese.
3. Make some of the medallions adding the salami and ham on top. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
4. Serve the zucchini medallions all together on a serving plate and enjoy.
