Fried zucchini medallions: a delicious side dish ready in a few minutes!

Everyone will love this recipe!

INGREDIENTS
1 zucchini of 500g
160g (0.7 cup) of tuna
100g (0.4 cup) cheddar cheese
So
100g (0.8 cup) flour 00
2 large eggs
100g (0.8 cup) breadcrumbs
Fry:
Virgin olive oil.
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the zucchini into circles, and the cheddar into squares that can fit inside the zucchini circle.
  2. Arrange the zucchini, cheese and tuna circles, roll in flour, eggs, bread crumbs and fry in heated oil.
