Zucchini medallions: fantastic to serve as a side dish!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
200g (1 1/4 cup) flour 
50ml (1/5 cup) water 
1/2 tsp baking powder
20ml (4 tsp) olive oil 
100g (1/2 cup) flour 
2 zucchini, sliced
50g baked ham 
50g cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Slice the zucchini and make a pocket in them, fill with baked ham and cheese, and dip into the flour and dough.
  2. Fry from both sides for a few minutes.
