Zucchini medallions: a great side dish to prepare right now!

Just a few ingredients to make a delicious dinner for the whole family!
INGREDIENTS

1kg Zucchini
400g Chicken breasts
8g (2 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
Oil
3 Eggs
100g (3/4 cup) Flour
50ml (1/5 cup) Milk
150g (3/4 cup) Cheese
METHOD
- Peel and cut the zucchinis. Take out the middle of each slice and put it in a grinder.
- Grind it along with the chicken breasts. Put it in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
- Fill the zucchini rings with chicken mixture.
- In another bowl put eggs, salt and milk and whisk it.
- Cover the zucchini medallions with flour, then with eggs mixture and put them into an oiled pan. Fry them. Add grated cheese.
- Bake on 180C for 10 minutes. Serve.
