Salmon medallions: the perfect idea for a delicious dinner

INGREDIENTS
For 4 people
4 slices of salmon
1 orange
Salt to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Pink pepper to taste
1 bunch of dill
Soy sauce to taste
1 clove of garlic
METHOD
1. Take slices of salmon and gently remove their vertebrae.
2. Roll them up and tie them with string.
3. Prepare its dressing by mixing orange juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and soy sauce.
4. Place the salmon on a sheet of baking paper and sprinkle with the sauce.
5. Put some orange peel, some pink pepper and a few tufts of dill.
6. Close to caramel and bake at 200°C/392°F for 10 minutes.
7. The salmon medallion is ready!
