Salmon croissants: the perfect brunch idea!

Ingredients/materials:
Puff pastry
Salmon
Dill
Cream cheese
Milk
Pastry brush
Pizza cutter
Spoon
Baking tray

Method:
Cut the circle of puff pastry in 8 parts.
Spread cream cheese all over each pastry puff piece.
Place salmon and dill on top.
Roll from the outside end of each triangle, forming a small croissant. Brush over some milk and bake for 15 minutes at 180oC.
