Cheesy egg crescent roll casserole: the perfect breakfast idea!

This Croissant Egg and Cheese Egg Bake is the perfect brunch recipe to make for when you're trying to feed a hungry crowd!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 8 slices bacon, chopped and cooked
• 2 sheets puff pastry
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup fresh cream
• salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 cups grated cheddar
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
METHOD
- Grease a 9x13" baking dish with melted butter.
- Cut the dough and roll the croissants. Fill the baking dish with croissants
- Beat eggs, milk, cream and season with salt and pepper. Add the bacon and cheese, then pour the mixture onto the croissants.
- Bake 23 to 25 minutes for 190°C/375°F
