Crescent Breakfast Tart

INGREDIENTS
1 can crescent dough
6 eggs
2/3 c. Monterey Jack
4 slices cooked bacon
salt
ground black pepper
1 tbsp chopped chives
 
METHOD
Put dough on a baking-sheet, roll it out and form a crust, pinch to seal.
Smash all the eggs in the crust and sprinkle with cheese.
Put slices of cooked bacon on the top, season it with salt and pepper.
Bake at 400F/200C for 10 min.
Sprinkle with chives.
