Egg stuffed bell peppers: the perfect breakfast idea!

Perfect for a delicious and quick breakfast or brunch!

INGREDIENTS
3 Bell peppers
6 Eggs
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
1 Onion
50g (3 tbsp) Baked ham
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the peppers and put two eggs in each pepper. Add salt and pepper and whisk the eggs. Add chopped onion and baked ham.
  2. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes. Serve.
