Meat and egg pie: it’s even tastier filled with mozzarella and bell peppers!

Bake it for 35 minutes and it’s ready to serve, you can make it with peppers, zucchini or eggplant!
INGREDIENTS
for the pie ‘crust’:
350g ground beef
200g ground pork
salt
pepper
parsley
slice of bread (crumb only)

5 eggs
salt
pepper
bell peppers
mini mozzarella

DIRECTIONS
1. Mix together meat, salt, pepper, parsley and the crumb of a slice of bread.
2. Place this mixture into a pie dish . Cover the base and sides of the pie dish with the meat.
3. Beat the eggs together with salt, pepper, bell peppers and pour the mixture inside the meat pie ‘crust’. Add the mini mozzarellas.
4. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
