Bell pepper roses: it’s a simple recipe, but the result is really incredible!

INGREDIENTS
3 bell peppers
for the batter:
2 eggs
salt
80g Parmesan cheese
2tsp olive oil
200g flour
150ml milk
16g yeast
provola cheese

DIRECTIONS
1. Beat the eggs together with salt and Parmesan cheese. Add the olive oil.
2. Combine with the flour, milk and the baking powder.
3. Add the provola cheese to the dough and, if you like, bell peppers.
4. After cooking the bell peppers, cut them into strips and roll them up to make the roses.
5. Place the roses over the batter and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
