Bell pepper frames: an easy to prepare, unique and colorful second course!

INGREDIENTS
400g ground beef
salt
pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
parsley
50g Parmesan cheese
bell peppers

DIRECTIONS
Slice the bell peppers into 2cm slices and clean them out well. Prepare the meat filling by mixing together the ground beef with the salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and olive oil. Press the meat into the center of the pepper slices, it should resemble a hamburger. You can either bake it in the oven or in a pan with a bit of olive oil for about 10 minutes.
