Crispy bell peppers balls: easy to make and super delicious!

Press the bell peppers with a rolling pin and the result is amazing!

INGREDIENTS
3 bell peppers

3 cooked potatoes

Salt

Pepper

Ham

Parmesan cheese

2 garlic cloves

Dill

1 egg

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp paprika

Breadcrumbs

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp paprika

Flour

2 eggs

1 tbsp butter

Deep-frying oil

METHOD

Remove the stalks of three peppers. Roll out the pepper with a rolling pin and chop finely.
Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped pepper, salt, pepper. Fry.
Mash cooked potatoes. Add cooked pepper, finely chopped ham, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, egg, dill, nutmeg, paprika. Mix. Form the balls
Add turmeric and paprika to the breadcrumbs, mix.
Dip balls in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs.
Deep-fried.
