Easy octopus balls: tasty, crispy and easy to make!

Fish balls are a great alternative to regular meatballs. They are easy and quick to make. These made with octopus will surprise you!
INGREDIENTS
300g octopus
olive oil
salt
pepper
2 slices of sandwich bread
cooked octopus
40g Parmesan cheese
breadcrumbs, as needed
1 egg

DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the octopus up into little pieces.
2. Mix in sandwich bread, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, and breadcrumbs.
3. Make some balls. Dip them in the egg wash and then cover them in breadcrumbs.
4. Fry in hot oil.
5. They can be served hot or cold!
