Pea balls: cheesy and super easy to make

INGREDIENTS
260 g (1 ¾ cup) frozen peas
8 0 g (⅞ cup) oats, blended into flour
1/2 onion, chopped
5 0g (3 tbsp) breadcrumbs
4 0ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
4 0 ml (2 tbsp) milk
12 cubes of sharp cheese
160 g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Vegetable oil for frying

METHOD
1. Heat some olive oil in a pan placed over medium heat. Cook peas and onions for 5 minutes. Blend into a paste and mix in oat flour, breadcrumbs, olive oil, milk, salt and pepper.
2. Divide into 25 g portions and wrap a cheese cube inside each portion. Roll into a ball, and cover with breadcrumbs.
3. Fry peas balls in preheated oil until golden and crispy.
