Peas omelette: the quick and delicious recipe!

INGREDIENTS
Extra virgin olive oil
1 Onion
300g (2 1/4 cups) of Frozen peas
200ml (3/4 cup) of Water
Salt
4 Eggs
30g (1/4 cup) of Parmesan cheese
40g (1/2 cup) of Cheese

METHOD
  1. Add a drizzle of oil to a pan and fry the onion until soft. Add the frozen peas and water, season with salt, and cook until water evaporates. Transfer the prepared peas into the bowl.
  2. In another bowl mix the eggs with the parmesan and pour the egg mixture into the bowl with peas. Mix everything well.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the pan and cover with the cheese. Pour another half and level it up.
  4. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes. Turn on another side and cook until is golden.
