Omelette with bread and meatballs: a delicious idea for a quick dinner

Easy and delicious, the whole family will appreciate this recipe!
INGREDIENTS

6 slices of bread
150ml of milk
100g Onions
10g (1/8 cup) Parsley
350g (2 1/4 cups) minced meat,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp black pepper
For sleeping bread with meat:
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
30ml (2 tbsp) of milk
100g mozzarella
METHOD
- Grease the baking tin with butter. Dip the bread in the milk and place the bread in a baking dish. Chop onion and parsley, add to minced meat, then add salt and pepper, mix everything. Make meatballs and arrange on stacked bread.
- Beat eggs, salt, and milk and sprinkle the mixture over the bread and meat. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C.
- Add the grated mozzarella over the meat and bake for another 5-10 minutes at 180°C.
