Omelette with bread and meatballs: a delicious idea for a quick dinner

Easy and delicious, the whole family will appreciate this recipe!

INGREDIENTS

6 slices of bread

150ml of milk

100g Onions

10g (1/8 cup) Parsley

350g (2 1/4 cups) minced meat,

1 tsp salt,

1 tsp black pepper

For sleeping bread with meat:

4 eggs

Pinch of salt

30ml (2 tbsp) of milk

100g mozzarella

METHOD

Grease the baking tin with butter. Dip the bread in the milk and place the bread in a baking dish. Chop onion and parsley, add to minced meat, then add salt and pepper, mix everything. Make meatballs and arrange on stacked bread.
Beat eggs, salt, and milk and sprinkle the mixture over the bread and meat. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C.
Add the grated mozzarella over the meat and bake for another 5-10 minutes at 180°C.
