Omelette and meat roll: a delicious idea for a tasty and quick dinner!

INGREDIENTS

400g (4 cups) Hard cheese (Gouda)
4 Eggs
150g (0.6 cup) Mayonnaise
100g (0.8 cup) Flour
400g (1.8 cups) Minced meat
500g (2.1 cups) Mushrooms
100g (0.6 cup) Onions
20g (0.1 cup) butter
2 tsp (12g) salt
1 tsp (2g) pepper
METHOD
- Chop the onions and mushrooms, and fry them in a heated pan. Combine cheese, mayonnaise, eggs, flour and bake at 180 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
- After the base is baked, roll it while it is still warm and leave it to cool to room temperature. Then coat the base with the meat mixture and roll again, then wrap in baking paper and tie with twine.
- Put the oven back on 180 degrees, 40-45 minutes.
