Meat rolls skewers: the quick and delicious recipe!

INGREDIENTS
350g of minced meat
100g (1 cup) breadcrumbs 
30g (1/4 cup) Parmesan cheese 
1 egg
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
3 tbsp of milk
Slices of mortadella
Slices of cheese
20g pistachio grains
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together meat with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and milk.
  2. Transfer the mixture to the board and roll it with rolling pin, top with slices of meat and cheese.
  3. Wrap it and slice, put 3 slices onto the skewer, sprinkle with pistachios and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
