Meat skewers: the recipe to make the perfect tortilla wrap!

How to make tender meat skewers in a few steps:
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1kg (6.6 cups) ground beef
6g (1 tsp) salt
2g (1 tsp) red pepper
Pepper to taste
15g (1 tbsp) tomato sauce
1 onion (100g/0.4 cup)
2 red paprika (200g/1.7 cup)
1 pack tortillas (300g)
Salad
French fries
Mayonnaise
Yogurt
METHOD
- Chop onion and paprika, add to minced meat, salt and pepper, paprika and tomato sauce.
- Make portions of 200 g of meat mixture, shape with the help of a wooden, barbecue stick.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C until golden brown (40 minutes), top and bottom.
- Proposed serving in a tortilla, with salad, French fries, mayonnaise and yogurt sauce.
