Potato-Wrapped Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:
2 chicken breast (halves);
2 tsp salt;
2 tsp pepper;
2 tsp garlic powder;
2 tsp chili powder;
2-3 large potatoes, peeled.

Instructions
Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.
Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder together. Mix chicken with spices and skewer pieces on a wooden skewers (about 4-6 per skewer).
Using vegetable peeler, slice potatoes to make long and thin ribbons. Wrap ribbons around chicken skewers.
Fry chicken skewers over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until potatoes are golden and chicken pieces are cooked through.
Serve right away with your favorite sauces.
