Potato skewers: the fun recipe for the joy of your kids!

This method to bake potatoes is genius!

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes
Parsley
Oil
Salt

METHOD
  1. Cut the potatoes into slices lengthwise. Place the skewers on the sides of the slices and cut them into thin strips on both sides (one side horizontally and the other diagonally). Put the slices on the skewers.
  2. Mix the oil and parsley. brush it over the potatoes.
  3. Fry the skewers in hot oil.
