INGREDIENTS
chicken
parmesan
salt
pepper
boiled potatoes
 
egg wash
breadcrumbs
chia seeds
 
METHOD
1, Mix the chicken with parmesan, salt and boiled potatoes.
2. Press the chicken and fill with the cheese.
3. Dip them in egg wash and then cover them in breadcrumbs.
3. Fry them or bake them at 180°C for 30 minutes.
