Giant cookie creme caramel: the recipe that is sure to be a hit!

Looking for an easy sugar cookie idea? This Creme Brûlée Sugar Cookies is the best! 

INGREDIENTS
• 250g butter
• 210g brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 440g flour
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 200g chocolate drops
• 5 egg yolks
• 100g sugar
• 500ml cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
 
METHOD
  1. Mix butter, chopped into pieces, 160 g of brown sugar, eggs, flour, salt, baking powder and chocolate chips.
  2. Place this mixture in a baking pan, and bake for 20 minutes at 180C/350F.
  3. Mix yolks with sugar and add liquid cream and vanilla. Take out the cake pan and place it on a baking sheet.
  4. Pour the cream mixture into the cookies and bake for 20 minutes at 140C/285F.
  5. After baking, sprinkle the cream with the remaining brown sugar and caramelize it.
