Crème caramel: delicious and ready with few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
12 cookies
500ml (2 cups) milk
200g (1 cup) sugar
For caramel:
200g (1 cup) sugar
125ml (½ cup) water
METHOD
3 eggs
12 cookies
500ml (2 cups) milk
200g (1 cup) sugar
For caramel:
200g (1 cup) sugar
125ml (½ cup) water
METHOD
- Pour the eggs over the biscuits and pour them into a blender. Add milk and sugar to the blender. Mix.
- Make caramel from sugar and water. Pour the caramel into the mold and leave to cool a bit.
- Pour the mixture into the mold. Put the mold in a pan and pour water.
- Bake at 180C for 100 minutes. After baking, cool for 4 hours. Serve.
