Cheese egg toast: ready in no-time with a few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
2 bread slices
1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped capsicum
1 chopped onion
2 chopped green chili
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tbsp oil
 
METHOD
In a bowl beat together 3 eggs, add salt in it. Mix in mozzarella, white pepper, tomato, onion, peppers and oregano.
Dip the bread pieces in egg mixture and move to heated oil on the pan. Fry about 3 minutes each side.
Serve warm.
