This egg toast is the solution for a quick and tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
Pepper
Salt
2 slices of bread
Cheese
Tomato

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the eggs, salt, and pepper and whisk.
2. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and add two slices of bread on top. Flip the bread and let the eggs cook for a few minutes.
3. Flip the eggs and add the cheese and tomato on one side. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Fold one bread slice over the other to obtain the egg toast.
5. Serve egg toast on a serving plate and enjoy.
