Egg toast: if you want a quick but tasty dish, try this recipe!

INGREDIENTS
6 slices of bread
6 eggs
Salt and pepper
Butter
Chopped parsley
METHOD
1. Make slits on the sides of each toast bread slice. Fold slits as shown in the video. Press the center part of the bread to make some room for the egg.
2. Melt butter in a pan placed over medium-low heat. Pour egg over the bread and season with salt and pepper.
3. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low until the egg white is set. Sprinkle parsley on top.
