Egg fritters: perfect for a quick and tasty dish!

This method is genius! An egg recipe the whole family will love!
INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes;
4 egg yolks;
120g (1 cup) ham;
1 egg;
60g (4 tbsp) all-purpose flour;
Salt and pepper to taste;
Vegetable oil.

Salt and pepper to taste;
Vegetable oil.
METHOD
- Shred peeled potatoes thinly.
- Finely slice the ham to make it as thick as potato slices.
- Combine ham with potatoes, salt, pepper, flour and an egg.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
- Form 4 nests in a pan as shown in the video.
- Fry on low heat for 5 minutes per side, covering with a lid and flipping halfway through.
