Egg fritters: perfect for a quick and tasty dish!

This method is genius! An egg recipe the whole family will love! 
 
INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes;
4 egg yolks;
120g (1 cup) ham;
1 egg;
60g (4 tbsp) all-purpose flour;
Salt and pepper to taste;
Vegetable oil.
METHOD
  1. Shred peeled potatoes thinly.
  2. Finely slice the ham to make it as thick as potato slices.
  3. Combine ham with potatoes, salt, pepper, flour and an egg.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
  5. Form 4 nests in a pan as shown in the video.
  6. Fry on low heat for 5 minutes per side, covering with a lid and flipping halfway through.
