Eggs Tortilla: the tasty dish to prepare in a few minutes!

The perfect recipe for a tasty lunch!

INGREDIENTS
200g (1 1/2 cup) flour
100ml (2/5 cup) water
1 tsp salt
30ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
1 or 2 eggs (per person)
Grated cheese
Cherry tomatoes

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the flour, water, oil, salt and mix all together to create the batter.
  2. Split into six parts, roll out the balls and bake tortillas on a nonstick pan.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves, add them to a pan with oil and fry them for a while stirring occasionally. Season tomatoes with salt.
  4. Add the egg mixture on top of the tomatoes and after that add the tortilla on top.
  5. Flip the egg tortilla on another side and add the cheese on top. Fold tortilla before serving.
